The harvesting of fruits is done by hand and dried in the traditional way without washing. Under sunlight, until the grain reaches a dark brown or dark gray color. Mocha Yemen coffee comes to us dried by farmers, either it is peeled off or with peels, and we peel it and sort it with modern machines, this product is available in sizes 14/13 and +15 only
